Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, if a product is not in stock, it could take up to 14 days to be produced and shipped to you. This is due to the natural dyeing process and hand crafting of each individual product. Please be aware of allowing yourself time when placing an order.

Processing time for stock orders is up to 2 business days.  Plus delivery 2-4 business days.

We only ship to the UK at the moment, but hope to add EU countries and the rest of the world in the near future.

Delivery Costs

All UK orders are now FREE!

Local Manchester Delivery to Postcodes -  M16, M20, M21

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs and any costs incurred returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Delay, Loss or Damage to your Order

If your order is delayed, you think it may be lost or it arrives damaged, please get in touch with us via e-mail ASAP. This will allow time to investigate the issue with the couriers . Please be assured we will do our best to solve the problem with you.

If a "safe place" for delivery is explicitly requested, we can not be held responsible if it goes missing after it has been delivered. Please opt for a work, friend or neighbour's address if you not going to be home.
