What to expect
During this 3-hour Botanical Silk Scarf Dyeing Workshop, attendees will learn the ancient Bundle Dyeing technique to create their own 60cm x 60cm silk scarf. Using natural elements like flowers, petals, and leaves, guests will produce stunning, intricate prints, with colors fixed through a steaming process to ensure long-lasting results.
While the scarves steam, participants will have the chance to engage in Tatakizome (Flower Pounding), a Japanese art form where they can transfer plant pigments onto a gift card, creating a unique keepsake.
Each workshop includes all materials, expert guidance, and a celebratory glass of fizz, ensuring a delightful and hands-on creative experience for everyone!
